Masks are required indoors per, PHO 2021-04, which is in effect Dec 1-31, 2021. If participants would like to remove their masks, they must be prepared to provide proof of vaccination upon request.”  This applies to everyone age 2+

The BSO realizes life events happen, and you may not be able to attend a concert you previously purchased tickets to. We are happy to issue full refunds up until the day of the concert. On the day of the concert or after, we are no longer able to issue refunds
