2019 Broomfield Symphony Orchestra Youth Concerto Competition



We are now accepting applications for our 2019 Youth Concerto Competition to be held on Sunday, March 3, at Center for Musical Arts in Lafayette.

The performance will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the Broomfield Auditorium.

Click HERE for the 2019 Application. The deadline for applications to be received at our P.O. Box is Jan. 31, 2019.

Please send the applications via USPS 1st Class mail as there have been delays with Certified and Registered letters sent to our P.O. Box.

Due to time contraints, auditions will be limited to the first twenty-five applications received.

To audition for the competition all soloists will need to arrange for their own accompianist. The following list is provided for your convenience. I you are an accompianist and would like to add your name please contact us.

About The Broomfield Symphony Orchestra Youth Concerto Competition

The Broomfield Symphony Orchestra has conducted an annual concerto competition since 2010.  The competition is open to all middle and high school students studying an orchestral instrument. It provides an opportunity to perform one movement of a concerto with the Orchestra with each winner receiving a $500 award provided by:
